Professional Hearing Tests

In Stratford Ontario

At Community Hearing, we offer professional hearing tests designed to get you back to hearing and connecting with the world around you. Our friendly and experienced team is committed to providing personalized care that ensures you feel comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way.

What to Expect

Complete a full background and Case History. This is important to determine the best course of action and possible next steps. Describe personal challenges and situations pertaining to your hearing, what your day to day looks like including your line of work, ear related issues and symptoms, medications and patient health history.

A full hearing assessment is completed in a soundproof booth. We test the sensitivity of your hearing, uncover how quiet you can hear, and conduct multiple tests discovering how well you can understand speech, as well as eardrum pressure and compliance tests.

Your hearing professional will discuss your hearing test results with you at that same appointment. With this new found information and taking into account your type and degree of hearing loss, lifestyle and budget, allows us to determine the best course of action and possible next steps.

What Our Clients are Saying

This visit was for an annual hearing test and hearing aids adjustment… Everything about my visit left me confident that I was being looked after by skilled professionals.

Ken M.

Lucas performed a calm and relaxed hearing test, then provided good info on the results and the hearing aids I was considering. A few weeks later I caused a small problem with one of my hearing aids and Shelly helped me get it corrected asap. Good service at both ends of the process!

Dan O.

Easy to book, everything was well explained, answered all of my questions and with very friendly service. Definitely recommend if you need a hearing test or any help in this regard.
